Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. This applies to all destinations we ship to worldwide.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TikTechs ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates
  2. Check with your local post office or delivery depot
  3. Contact us at tiktechs001@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TikTechs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at tiktechs001@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
