Want to know where your order is? Here's how to follow it from checkout to your doorstep.

How Tracking Works

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Be sure to check your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder) for this email.

When Will Tracking Be Available?

Orders are processed within a few business days. After your order ships, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking number to activate and begin showing updates as the carrier scans your package.

Steps to Track

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from TikTechs.
2. Copy your tracking number or click the tracking link provided.
3. View the latest status and estimated delivery for your package.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, or your tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us at support@tiktechs.store with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
