Thank you for shopping with TikTechs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tiktechs001@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at tiktechs001@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at tiktechs001@gmail.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at tiktechs001@gmail.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or our error: we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
